When something was taken away, something better will be given.

For the first time in my life, something really precious to me was taken away, or rather, snatched from me. It was my cellphone. That day was supposed to be unforgettable in a good way until I found out that my phone was missing! I freaked out not because of my phone but because I was afraid of what my dad had to say. Luckily, he didn't get mad. When he heard about what happened, he just said, "Ayos." & I was relieved. :)

Blackberry curve 8520

This is the phone that I lost. I really loved this piece of tech. My world used to revolve in this. I actually think blackberry can do almost everything; secure messaging, allowing you to run multiple applications etc.. It was my calculator, my flashlight, and my computer as well.

Samsung corby b3410
So my dad just recently bought his own bb and gave me his old phone which is this Samsung. Been trying to convince myself that this is BETTER than my bb. Well it also has its full qwerty keypad plus it is touch-screen.

And for the serious part:

Losing my phone is actually very life-changing. It made me realize that some good things never last. We have to value and appreciate everything we have at this moment, because there will come a time that those things will be taken away from us, and we should make sure that when that time comes, we are ready to let them go unless we will just make it hard for ourselves.

Smile :)
